2004 Ford Fiesta - Grinding related to clutch

Hi I have a fiesta van 1.4 tdi

Some times in neutral theres a grinding like noise if I press the clutch down it gose away
But no noise in gear. Only in neutral after driving if. No noise on first start up

Bad throwout bearing maybe.
