Every so often i here i constant chatter/tick noise that comes from the back end of my truck. It goes faster when accelerating. Then after i let off gas , the tick subsides. The first few times it happened i was driving down a normal road. I then parked my truck for a week. When i drove it again it only made the noise when i went up a hill.
Possibly u joint . Dodge has a carrier unit in rear differential that has known to wear out. Pull cover exam rear differential carrier. May be broken parts.
