Both my 2004 Acura MDX headlights and taillights won’t turn on when I press start the car and turn on all the lights, everything works except the low beams and taillights, but they were working fine up until a couple of months after I swapped the old halogen ones for LED taillight bulbs. I did swap the low beam, high beam, and inside lights for all LED and haven’t had any issue until after the tail light bulbs were changed and they cut off around November 24, 2024. I’ve checked the relay in the engine and its fine, the fuses were fine as well, but i’ll add my father’s friend who works as a mechanic said the wiring was burnt from current overdraw due to the LED using more power? Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated
Just put the light bulbs of the type the vehicle came with and your problem should be solved.
This and other vehicle forums get lots of post where changing to LED has caused problems.

LEDs use only a fraction of the power required by incandescent and halogen.
