I have changed the speedsenser and instrument cluster and the speedometer still jumps after 62, the worst part is the speed control bucks like hell?.
Don’t know what you want, there is no question but I can say this.
I have an 03 junkstar and the dealer put in 4 clusters under warranty. The last one is the lesser of all evils and it jumps. They asked if I wanted another one but I told them no.
