When should I replace the timing belt on a 2003 Tacoma Prerunner? It has a 3.4L V6 with 135000 miles. I had it last changed at 68000 miles at the dealer’s recommendation. Thanks

Toyota recommends every 90,000 miles or 6 years, which ever comes first.

Based on time, it’s almost time for your 3rd timing belt.
