The cruise control on my 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander suddenly stopped working. The “Cruise” light on the dash lights up when I turn it on, but it won’t engage. I checked my brake lights to make sure they’re working, and they are (I’d had that problem on another vehicle). What else could be wrong? The fuse appears to be intact.
Check the vacuum line going to the servo.
Does the vehicle have a manual trans? There is a switch that interupts cruise function when you step on the clutch,it could be out of adjustment. Get in the habit of divulging this type of info when making a post that asks “what could be wrong”
