I got a 2003 lancer oz rally. It has spark and gas. Set timing marks after the belt broke. Replaced the whole cylinder head and crankshaft sensor but wont start. Any ideas?
Compression would be my next test. It could divulge timing way off (so valves are not opening and closing at the right time) or bad pistons/rings/cylinder walls.
It’s possible to have the timing 180 degrees off if you missed a step.
It has compression and I took off the cylinder head to make sure timing marks were right. But I did take off spark plug and the spark has pauses. 2 sparks then nothing then two sparks repetitive
