Are the plugs due for change?
Unless you have the turbo model, the plugs need changing every 30,000 miles.
If the vibration should stop it indicates that the engine has stalled.
I am tolerant of idle quality with 17 year old vehicles, replacing all of the engine mounts may provide satisfying idle quality but at a cost.
