What is the cost of labor to replace 2 freeze plugs
It all depends where you are and who you have do it . Your best course of action is to call and get estimates . Any guess from the web could be so far off it would not help.

It also depends greatly on which 2 freeze plugs are leaking. If they are easily accessible, the job is very easy. If they are hidden behind other parts or a frame rail it can be very difficult and expensive.
Nobody will be able to give you an estimate over the phone or on the internet, the vehicle must be inspected. That truck was available with 3 different engines and the location of the core plugs makes a difference, if the core plug that is leaking is in the rear of the engine block the transmission must be removed.
