Turn signals won’t work at all until my truck warms up
What about your emergency flashers??
Most common problems with turn signals not working are the Flasher relay and or turn signal switch…
Also check for corrosion and loose connections, do the wiring (harness) wiggle test, make sure the connectors are plugged in good…
Move to Florida, Floridians don’t use turn signals.

Change the signal module.
Maybe blow some warm air from a hair dryer on various spots to narrow down what heat-related component is causing the problem. Could be the turn signal switches, or the flasher unit(s), or the control module. Electronics technicians sometime use a product called freeze-spray. With that, for this problem you’d spray it when it is warm working, to test if freezing the part makes it stop working. The advantage of the freeze spray method, it can freeze a very small area, so it more specific.
