It doesn’t want to start make a click sound I trying to push it forward doesn’t want to move
your battery is dead. and you cant push your car forward because its probably in gear.
Are you trying to push start it with a manual transmission? If so, start it rolling with the clutch depressed. If it has an automatic transmission that won’t work. See if it will start with a jump. Either way, your battery is likely dead and you need to solve that problem.
