Have loud groany/grindy noise driver side front. Changes with speed. Stops when car stopped. Goes away with slightest turn/drift to the left.
Are the lug nuts on the left front wheel tight?
Could be a wheel bearing.
I also vote for a wheel bearing. This could be dangerous if it fails, so get it checked out soon.

Probably a bad wheel bearing but have the CV joint looked at too.
