2000 Maxima manual

My 2000 Maxima manual, only in hot wether after driving for 30-40 min. revolutions start rising by itself and can go very high, becomes impossible to drive,
have to shot off the car. I have this problem for 10 years and dealer is saying that they never heard anything like that.
Anybody know what is going on?

Do you mean the clutch is slipping?

Revolutions start rising when on neutral

Check engine light on? If not, maybe the throttle cable is sticking or the throttle body/butterfly valve is sticking?

dealer looked at everything and said that it all good. I add spring from home depot to throttle cable by myself to make it tighter, it helped some. I have this problem only when temperature outside is around 90F

Maybe a faulty Idle Air Control valve problem.
