In the really cold weather after I start my Jeep and it goes in Drive and it’s driven for several miles when I go to put it back into Park the shifter gets hung up. It will go into all of the other gears except for Park. If I wait a while it goes back in but it can still feel like it’s not smooth. Any similar problems that you could comment on would be much appreciated!
Could be a binding shifter cable? Sometimes they get so cold that the cable doesnt slide well and it usually happens on the return instead of the pull as in this case. If it were warmer I bet it goes away…this further points to the cable
