Yeah I hate when people can’t spit it out and just write page after page.
did you check the owners manual?
Presumably, it needs new shocks and struts, suspension bushings, brake parts, maybe even some engine repairs…just like any other 24-year old car would, after being driven hard for an unknown amount of miles.
I know what the problem is, it just needs one of these, that will fix any problems it has…

Not to mention having the bot-control module (bcm) reprogrammed! 
Does the fiberglass need to be rewoven, that could get expensive.
