1999 Saab 9-5 SE Blower Motor Heater was only operating occasionally. When I got to the Blower Motor, discovered that the connection is faulty on the actual Blower Motor. In other words when I press and move the connector around the blower starts right up, turn off the car, on again, sometimes starts sometimes does not, but can restart the blower by moving the connector around. How would I repair the connection on the Blower Motor itself? Thanks.
Try taking a needle nose pliers and give the connection pins a slight twist to make a better connection.

thanks, will try it!
It looks as though it is not the connection between the male and the female, but rather the problem with the male-connecter itself. This is the portion which is located on the Blower Motor itself, really hard to get to, is there a type of shop that might consider fixing something like this? Any other suggestions? THanks.
In that case, replace the blower motor.

If a replacement is expensive, you might try to fix it yourself. I can’t see it so I can’t make any suggestions about how to do it. You can try to tear into the connector mounted to the motor and solder some wires to it. Then you would have to splice to the harness and seal it up with something. Is it worth it? It depends on the price of the motor, how much time you you have and how clever you are.
