blower doe not come on, was running fine, then one day just quit
a/c runs ok can hear door open, but no blower???

Sooo the blower motor has failed on a 19 year old car? Why the surprise?

Does it run on high speed only? Then the resistor pack needs to be replaced. Doesn’t run at all? Hot-wire the blower motor and see if it runs. If not replace it.

If the motor needs to be replaced, do the ballast resistor while you are there. It’s behind the blower motor up against the firewall. It’s a total pain to replace, but it isn’t expensive and the blower motor has to be removed anyway.

If you’re sure the HVAC fuse is good, turn the ignition on so the dash lights come on.

Set the blower speed to high.

Reach under the dash, passenger side, and with the handle of a screwdriver rap on the blower motor.

If the blower motor runs, replace the blower motor.
