i have a 99 honda accord. ive replaced battery and terminals because of a leaking battery. i have power there to the fusebox under the hood but nothing inside the car. the clock, inside lights, and anything else inside dont work.
If you have an alarm system…removing the battery may have tripped it into theft mode.

Check fuses #10 and #21 under the hood
And are you sure you hooked up ALL the wires when replacing the terminals?
