I had my trailer hooked up to my ford. I asked my wife to turn on the lights, as I recently changed all the bulbs. I saw one and as I was adjusting it, I accidentally touched the two poles together. Obviously all the lights went out. After I replaced the little 15amp fuse, all the lights worked again.
HOWEVER, the truck will not start. New battery and batt wire connectors. I notice that when I put the key in, the theft light continues to blink.
Any ideas people? Can this be fixed at home or am I stuck towing this in to the dealership / service. Uhhhggh.
More than one fuse may have blown.
Check the others visually ( remove, look at it, replace ).
