1999 Chrysler Town & Country - Two tine - no extra charge

Half my car is pink and other half is a very nice red.

I am not a mechanic but it sounds like some of the paint has faded. What parts are pink and what parts are red?

I’m trying to figure out if the OP is bragging or complaining.

… which wouldn’t be very surprising after more than 2 decades.

On a 20+ year old T&C that’s not a problem, that’s pretty much normal.

Could have been in an accident and had aftermarket paints applied, had on truck that happened to, lifetime warranty from the body shop supposedly, but never pursued it.

The OP has not revealed whether he bought it in 1999, or whether it was purchased as a used car, but I suspect the latter.

Not a bad problem. My 2005 is 20 percent rust.

Especially with red.

No, faded paint wouldn’t be surprising. Half the paint being faded might require a bit more explanation unless, for example, it’s the hood, top, and trunk lid that are faded. I guess the south side of the car might be faded if it was always parked the same way.
OT, I’m reminded of a time when our daughter was much younger and I was telling her the story of the Good Samaritan. I told her the man in the story had been left “half dead” and she asked me, “What part of him was dead?”
