Heater & Defroster doesn’t work. What do I need to do to repair it?
What do you mean by “doesn’t work”? Does the blower work? No warm air? We need more information to give a proper answer.

Besides answering dave’s questions, do you have a full set of tools, including a multi meter? If not you would be best served taking it to a good, independent mechanic.
Let’s get some more details, please
Blower motor works on all speeds . . . yes or no
Air volume is strong or weak
Air comes out where it’s supposed to . . . yes or no
Toasty air when you’ve selected hot temperature . . . yes or no
Once you’ve answered some or all of these questions, we can eliminate possibilities and start narrowing down the list of possible culprits
