1998 Dodge Ram 2500 left turn signal turns on the wipers

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 when I turn on the left turn signal the wipers turn on, the wipers also come on sometimes with the headlights on, the horn doesn’t work either. Ive already changed the multifunction switch, the clock spring and the headlight switch and nothing helped.
