Back story. 1997 honda odyssey Van cut off and while checking there was oil in spark plugs. Replaced plugs and wire set plus new gaskets. Still won’t start. The battery light blinks while trying to start. Video is what sound it is making. Looking for advice on what it could be.

Was there a check engine light on before the van died?
And there is no way that oil in the spark plug wells would stop the engine. Needed to be done anyway.
Did you mean oil on the spark plu tips?
Does the engine crank and not start?
