1997 Honda Civic wobbles at low speed

My Civic has begun to wobble (kind of feels like a wheel is lose or something!) at speeds under say 30 miles an hour. When I accelerate beyond 30, no wobble. I know that the CV boots are cracked and need replacing, but would that cause this kind of reaction? Any help is most appreciated!!!

If you know that the CV boots are cracked, it is time to take it to a good suspension shop and have it thoroughly checked out, before major expensive damage occurs.

I would budget $500 or so to avoid nasty surprises.

Yes, bad CV joints can cause wobbling. You need to get a full suspension check-up and have those CV joints replaced.
