1997 honda civic lx AC quit blowing cold air after radiator and thermostat were replaced
The car and its AC hoses are old enough to drink alcohol. It is likely that it is coincidental that it stopped working right after that work OR that work disturbed an AC hose that was about to fail anyway. Take it back to the shop and get a estimate to fix the AC.
