1997 4 cylinder Toyota Camry is running rough and missing on initial start up and 1st 10 minutes of drive time. Will run pretty good after a lot of coughing to begin with. Seems to tbe the worst when stepping on the accelerator going through the first couple of gears.

I would guess it is a sensor that has to do with the fuel air mixture and is related to the engine temp. toyota is famous for adding all kinds of sensors to send information to the on board computer. You will have to wait for someone who knows more than I do, to find out just which sensors to test, but you can take it to autozone and have it checked for codes which will be a big help to those guys.
Also Sounds like time for plugs and wires, a lot of people have trouble with bosh wires.
