Why not try it yourself? I replaced the knock sensor on my Lexus. Just be sure to buy the right oem part, the part numbers must be EXACTLY the same. My guess is that it will be very expensive since, more often than not, a lot of parts need to taken off to get to the knock sensor.

I’m seeing two knock sensors for the V6 Camry configuration, part is about $250 each, and about 3 hours to replace either one or both. Most of the labor is involved with removing and replacing the intake manifold.
