I have a 1996 dodge grand caravan with a 3.3 liter engine. Every month I have to add approx. 1/2 gallon of anti-freeze. It doesn’t appear to be leaking anywhere. I changed the radiator cap thinking it may be evaporating somehow but it continues to go down. It runs fine. Any suggestions?
Be careful checking for leaks. I had a car that leaked from a seam in the radiator a few minutes after I shut off the engine. It sprayed the engine and left no puddle behind.
Otherwise, it is probably a head gasket failure.
