Chassis code? I don’t know but you can find an answer by contacting Nissan at their website.
Click on the contact link and fill out whatever questionnaire they have including your VIN. Without the VIN they can’t do it.
If you have a repair manual and tools you can do the change.
Haynes puts out a repair manual for your vehicle. Believe me, it’s worth the $20.
Stop into any automotive store and have a look for yourself first.
