1995 Dodge Dakota - Vacuum Hose

I’m trying to figure out what part this is so I can replace it - the rubber sleeve on the hose was old and brittle and it broke off when I was replacing the MAP sensor (I think everything on this truck is getting old and brittle). Can anyone tell me what part I should look for to replace this?

Here’s the photo…

I am sure I am missing something but would standard vacuum hose you buy by the foot at the auto parts store be what you are looking for?

I know this is an old post, but if anyone else comes to this page for the same information, that’s a 2" long piece of 1/4" emission hose with a check valve, then another 2" long piece of 1/4" emission hose connecting to the plastic emission line running along the valve cover. The check valve should be positioned to allow air to pass from the throttle body to the evap canister, but not allow air back into the TB ported end, which is what the op circled in his pic.

Here’s what it should look like in the attachment.
