My car has 79,000 miles on it. In the past month, the “check engine” light came on and I took the car in and had it fixed. Shortly after that the “Charge Oil” light now comes on randomly and then the car stops immediately. I’ve had the manufacturer and a mechanic run diagnostic tests and they find nothing!
The car restarts right away…but it’s scarey and dangerous to drive it because of the intermittent problem.
PLEASE, somebody, HELP ME!

Are you sure it isn’t a low oil pressure light? As long as actual oil pressure is okay, the solution to both the light and the engine cut-off is to replace the sending unit.
