getting power to starter but wont turn over
Can you turn the engine by using a breaker bar wit a socket on the crankshaft pulley? If not, your engine is seized.
If by “won’t turn over” you mean the starter will not spin the engine crankshaft… could be bad battery, bad cable, bad starter, seized engine in that order.
