1992 Isuzu Pickup - causes of oil spitting

Would any one know what is causing the oil to “spit” out of an over flow tube that is located under the intake manifold. (I can not see clear under there) before I start pulling things of I would like to know what I am up against. 2.3l

It is likely caused by blow-by, be sure the oil level is not over full as well. It is a possibility the PCV Valve is not working properly and causing the pressure buildup as well, replace the PCV Valve first.

Could be a busted breather hose.
That one typically goes from the valve cover to just downstream of the air filter.
