1991 Jeep Cherokee Laredo, that has just over 154,000 miles on it. I have replaced the starter, battery, battery cables and ballast sensor. It ran fine for a week, the will not turn over. Spray ether in the intake and she started, what should I look for now? I am in computer sales so hard drives, I know, engines nada, so please dumb down the suggestions.

If starter fluid got it running that pretty much tells you it is a fuel problem. When is the last time it got a new fuel filter? Have some one check the fuel pressure and investigate the possibility of a weak fuel pump.
