1991 GMC Grumman -Olsen step van

The van has a 5.7-or called 350c.i. new coil,new module, havent instaslled the pick-up coil yet, when i shut it off some times ,it wont start the next morning, i take off the dist cap, unplug the pick-up coil, from the module, plug it back on replace cap ,magic it starts, reckon its injun spirits, or bad pickup coil? bad ground in area, injuns arn’t grounded, ? thanks jrhandy1@gmail.com
