Yesterday the clutch peddle on my 91 F150 stopped half way after I released it. This happedned a dozen time yesterday. Each time, I tapped the peddle underneath with my toe and it came up. Otherwise there did not seem to be any other issues. I checked for fluid leakage and found nothing obvious. The evening before I replaced the turn signal switch/wire harness that runs down the streering columm. Any suggestions on the cause of the problem??
Check for pivot bushing wear.
The pedal pivots on bushings and there’s a bushing in the master cylinder push rod.
