Does anyone know an estimate of how much it would be to fix my thrown rod problem in my car
You don’t fix a thrown rod, you replace the engine.
This is not a repair item. You will need to replace the engine and I think it is going to cost more that the vehicle is worth. Call around to salvage yards for a used engine if one can be found and also talk to an independent shop. Frankly , I would just scrap it and put the money on something else.

There is NO 1985 Olds 88 worth a new engine. Even the labor is more than the car is worth.
