My 07 tundra starts and then stops running it does this intermittently. Any ideas I recently put in new battery.

You need to determine if the trouble is due to an ignition problem or if it is fuel related. Try spraying some starter fluid into the intake to see if that fires the engine up. If it does then you have a fuel problem. Perhaps due to a faulty fuel pump relay.
