A couple months ago my truck (an automatic) started stalling when I stopped at lights, etc. It started fine and idled a little low, and when I put it into gear it would stall. I took it into a mechanic and they hooked it up to diagnose the problem - and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. It has been running well and then it stalled out again today…over a month later. Any ideas - or anyone heard of this before?

You MAY have a faulty IAC (Idle Air Control) valve.
