When driving my windshield wipers randomly go off. It happens when i have my wipers turned on and also when they are off. The car is a 1999 ford taurus. What do you think it is?
The multi-function stalk switch that controls the wipers is the prime suspect…They are difficult and expensive to replace…
i have a 99 ford taurus also and the wipers turn on by them selves so i think its the wiper switch cost 100 bucks or so for the part,you be better off going to a pull a part junk yard for the part.
