@oblivion - I seem to remember lots of Mopar cars from the 90s with poorly-designed headlights. It seemed like they were letting styling override function.

Thats possible why I have such a fine memory of sealed beams, I seen alot better back then lol…
I still drive vehicles with sealed beams at times and they seem to do fine, not as good as brand new lights, but they do hold up better
