4 weeks ago mechanic A replaced timing belt on my 01 VW passat wagon V6. monday (2/2) mechanic B fixed camshaft leak on same car (long story there). today, wednesday, power steering was messed up. mechanic B told me “someone” used wrong fluid. question: who? mechanic A or B??
First of all, it’s technician A and technician B, we’re not mechanics anymore don’t ya know?
My wager is on tech A. Tech A also probably screwed up your camshaft seal unless that was a preexisting condition. Did your nice new timing belt get soaked in oil because of the leak?
How was the steering messed up?
