my 1995 honda passport did something wierd. the a/c - heater control stopped working and simultaneously the “brake” and the “Battery” warning lights came on. I replaced the heater control lever. that didn’t help.
Dunb question: I assume you checked the fuses too?
You should have your alternator checked. I believe it has failed. Those lights coming on are how it warns you. If in doubt, check your owners manual regarding the meaning of warning lights.
I agree. It’s a charging system problem. Have the charging system checked as well as the battery.
