One of my friends couldn’t wait to open the door/ window and nature took it’s course, what is the best way to get the yuck and smell out?

spend the 100 bucks and take it to an auto detailer. they know how to do this kind of thing, and have the equipment to do it.
next time, take THEIR car, NOT yours!
