I need to replace the brakes and rotors for my BMW.
I am able to find right rotor except M sport brake which is cheaper. But the left rotor is only available w/M sport brake which is $70 more expensive.
Is it okay to mix and match , that is buy one rotor with M sport brake and the other without it.

Probably not. But you didn’t tell me enough about your X3 to give you a more definitive answer.
They might not be the same diameter and thickness. M-sport brakes are usually larger than the basic model.
I’d never mix and match.
M Sport brake rotors are larger in diameter.
IMO the same spec rotor needs to be on both sides of the same axle. One thing BMW’s have is excellent brakes, suggest don’t mess with the basic design.
