Recently my VSC and CEL light has come on on my 2001 Toyota Highlander. I had codes checked and P0446 (emission control vent control circuit) and P0440 (leak in evaporative emission system) came up. I replaced my gas cap with effect. Any suggestions as to low cost checks or replacements I should try?
