I have a GMC 5.7 Vortec that has a minor leak on the lower front portion of the engine that is progressively getting worse. I need to reseal, and am familiar with a reseal on a “normal” engine. The front portion of the engine is plastic (?) Can this be “re-sealed”? Or, do I need to get a new plastic front portion and then re-seal it?
