I expect the OP’er will find it is a mis-reading due to a faulty guage or measuring technique, or someone is playing a trick on the OP-er.
One question none of us has thought to ask: were these tires installed recently?
In order to get the bead to pop onto the rim, it’s necessary to put more than normal pressure into the tires. It’s also true that occasionally a tech will neglect to reduce the pressure to normal range on one of the wheels after popping the tires on.
