Ventilation System Odor

Just a few weeks ago I heard a caller ask about bad smells coming from their ventilation system.



They were advised that rotting vegitation (or even a dead mouse) may be the culprit.



A product was mentioned that one can spray into the cowling at the windshield.



I can’t remember or find mention on the website about what that product was.



I need it.



Any help would be appreciated.
