Does anyone know what is possible reason for this kind of break pad wear?
Every side is worn this way, but less, this one looks realy bad.
Stuck caliper or really worn caliper slides. A guess based on a picture that doesn’t show much.
To me, the pad seems to be making even contact to the rotor. Take the pad off and measure the thickness of tbe friction material to confirm is it really has taper wear.

Looks to be normal, the chamfered edge is to reduce brake noise.
